We offer different loan products for our single-family rental option! To qualify for any of our rental property loans, the home must already be owned by you and repaired and leased. In the event the home is not leased, you will have the option of choosing our wrapable loan product or will be charged an additional 1% interest for the additional perceived risk.   

All loan options below are to be used to refinance a single-family home (up to 4 units).
