Tom Berry started his real estate career in 2007. With over 24 years in sales and management, ten of those being in financial services, Tom and his wife, Melissa, started their first real estate business as a flipping and wholesaling company.

Since then, Tom and Melissa, have accumulated a portfolio of over 400 houses and apartment units, as well as several other commercial rental properties. In addition to continuing to increase his rental portfolio, Tom manages Edgewater Realty, a full-service brokerage located in La Marque; Galco Properties, a real estate wholesaling company; and Tom Berry REI, a real estate investor education and networking company in Houston. With his expertise in the real estate investing market, Tom is dedicated to bringing the tools, services and resources needed to this underserved market.
